The premise: An apartment building in a generic
urban city, with eight single-bedroom suites and two two-bedroom suites. The prices
are rock-bottom, the neighbourhood is nice, and the locals are friendly.
So
what's the catch? There are goblins in the basement, the laundry chute turns into
a hell-portal every night between two and three AM, and most of the residents
are magical beings. Life at the Apartment is certainly interesting. But hey -
it's rent controlled!
